These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rent2ownership.com (the "Site"), operated by VentureKap, LLC d/b/a Rent2Ownership ("Rent2Ownership," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about the Rent2Ownership program and lets you contact us, submit an application or inquire about a merchant partnership. The Site is intended for people who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States.

2. Information only – no offer, advice or guarantee

• No guarantee of approval. Submitting a form or application does not create an agreement between you and us and does not guarantee acceptance into the program, down payment assistance, loan approval, a particular property or home ownership. Participation is subject to program guidelines, qualification requirements and availability.
• Illustrations only. Figures on the Site, including savings, rent reductions, timelines, property values, returns and profit sharing amounts, are examples or estimates. They are not promises or predictions of the results you will receive.
• Not an offer of securities. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment. Any such offer would be made only through definitive written documents and only where permitted by law.
• Not professional advice. Content on the Site is not legal, tax, financial, investment, mortgage or real estate advice. Consult your own qualified advisors before making decisions.
• Separate agreements control. If you take part in the program, your rights and obligations are set by the written agreements you sign, not by the Site.

3. Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, that it is your own or you are authorized to provide it, and that you will not upload anything unlawful or harmful. By submitting a form you ask us to contact you about your inquiry using the details you provide. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or submit false information;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
• use automated means to submit forms, scrape or copy the Site without our written permission;
• upload viruses or other malicious code; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or business.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The program may involve services provided by third parties, such as payment processors and lenders, under their own terms. The Site may also link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites or content.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent2Ownership and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rent2Ownership and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept them.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
